Refund policy
RETURNS CONDITIONS
If you change your mind, you can return any unwanted products purchased at full price, provided the following conditions are met.
PURCHASE DATE
Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days, with proof of purchase available.
ITEM CONDITION
Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
PACKAGING
Items must be returned in their original, intact packaging. We suggest taking a photo of your goods first prior to shipping with the carrier.
PURCHASE PRICE
Items were purchased at the listed price without any discounts, including the use of codes, sale or clearance.
ANY INITIAL OR RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Any initial or return shipping fees are non-refundable in the event you choose to return all or part of your order. This includes the original delivery fee paid at the time of purchase — we do not refund shipping costs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded. If an appropriate exchange is not available, store credit will be issued for the price paid.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits if approved are issued when you exchange an item and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Credits can be redeemed in-store or online at runvault.com.au.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
RETURNING A PURCHASE MADE ONLINE
Eligible online purchases, including Click & Collect, can either be returned via post or returned in person in store.
BY POST
For postal returns, you can manage the return of your item by logging into your account, if in doubt whether the return will be accepted, please get in touch with us.
For support in managing you return, email shop@runvault.com.au to advise you wish to return the goods. You will receive an email confirmation of approval before proceeding with the return, Note, this does not guarantee acceptance of the return. Take care to package your return, and then post your item at the Post Office.
Noting that if your goods are not in a resalable condition with all packaging intact, we cannot accept your return.
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, along with an email confirmation. For exchanges, Run Vault will cover the expense of postage for the first exchange only on the original purchase if over $99, or you the customer will pay postage in line with our shipping and delivery policy.
IN STORE
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in store, where you have the choice of a refund, or an exchange, pending stock availability.
RETURNING A PURCHASE MADE IN STORE
All in store purchases, including Store to Door, must be returned in person to a Run Vault Store
You can attend any store location convenient to you, where you can choose between a refund, or an exchange, pending stock availability.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as nutrition products), custom products (such as special orders/requests), Gift Cards, underwear such as T8 Commando that has been opened, personal care goods (such as Body Glide or Gurney Goo).
Return shipping charges on item/s that were purchased on sale or with a discount code will be the customers responsibility and acceptance of the returned goods is subject to the approval of Run Vault.
